1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the UnPlayable Hub you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Covenant. This Hub is a community space operated by Alessandro Piroddi in Hamburg, Germany.

2. Human-Centric

  • Anti-Slop: This Hub is for human interaction. The mass-posting of AI-generated content or automated “slop” is prohibited. We value earned authority and informed critique, which requires human participation.
  • Gardener’s Duty: You agree not to use the Hub for illegal acts, spam, or disruption of the third-party infrastructure that hosts us.

3. Intellectual Property & The Commons

  • Your Seeds: You retain ownership of your original content. By posting, you grant the Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content to maintain the community record.
  • Indie Design & Artifacts: Free SRDs, Rules, and Print-on-Demand files provided by the administrator or peers are governed by the specific licenses listed within those documents (e.g., Creative Commons).
  • Commercial Separation: This Hub is a discussion and community space. Any commercial transactions occurring on third-party platforms (itch.io, Patreon, or PoD services) are governed by the terms of those specific platforms. The Hub is not responsible for order fulfillment or financial disputes on external sites.

4. “As-Is” Service

While hosted on a professional “Pay-As-You-Go” tier, this Hub is provided “as is” for the community. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the permanent safety of your data. You are responsible for backing up your own work.

5. Restoration & Termination

According to our Covenant, community management is shared and focused on restoration. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that fundamentally threatens the safety or ecosystem of the Hub.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, the administrator and the community shall not be liable for any damages—technical, emotional, or financial—arising from your use of the Hub. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
